We literally get this question every day, and we legally can't tell you where to live, but we can provide you with some resources to help you make up your mind. Don't trust any one of these sites 100%  Use them in tandem to get a feel:

Greatschoools.org - Exactly what it sounds like - How do schools stack up?

WHAT IF YOU'RE RENTING?

For whatever reason, here in Denver, it's not typical for a real estate agent to represent a tenant/renter.  More commonly they act as property managers and represent landlords. That being said, here are a few of my favorite resources for finding rental properties in Denver:

Craigslist - Yep, Craigslist.

Facebook Marketplace - Another great resource for rentals in the area.

Hot Pads, Apartments.com & Zillow - Typically you will find bigger landlords and property management companies on these sites/apps, so if that's you're thing this is a great place to start.
